MyPanasonic+ 3.0.1

The MyPanasonic+ application provides remote management and monitoring capabilities for compatible Panasonic washing machines and refrigerators through the Internet of Things (IoT) technology, accessible from any location via a smartphone. As of September 17, 2025, this service was rebranded from Panasonic Smartapp+ to MyPanasonic+.

■ Customization

• Allows users to configure and save complex operational programs conveniently through their smartphones.
• Washing Machine:
  • Refines detailed washing and drying settings (drying functions available only on washer/dryer models).
  • Creates and stores user-defined programs.
  • Front-load models support up to 10 programs per operation (WASH, WASH & DRY, DRY).
  • Top-load models support up to 10 programs per operation (WASH).
• Refrigerator:
  • The Prime Freeze feature can be precisely scheduled on a minute-by-minute basis according to specific needs or food types.
  • Allows saving up to 10 frequently used temperature profiles or settings.

■ Remote Control & Status Notifications

• Enables users to manage and monitor appliance status remotely via their smartphones from any location.
• Washing Machine:
  • Receives notifications upon wash cycle completion, eliminating the need for manual checks.
  • Can set, initiate, and modify timed wash cycles remotely, including adjustments to end time and other options even after the timer has been activated.
• Refrigerator:
  • Temperature settings can be adjusted individually for each compartment: refrigerator, freezer, and Prime Fresh.
  • The ice-making function can be activated remotely, including quick ice production features even when away from home.

■ Notifications

• Washing Machine:
  • Alerts for errors and maintenance needs.
  • Provides direct links to support resources for troubleshooting.
  • Makes operating instructions and programming guides readily accessible within the app.
• Refrigerator:
  • Sends alerts when the refrigerator door is left open.
  • Notifies users when Prime Freeze cycle has completed.
